Perfect and excellent hotel in a very very nice area short walk to Disneyland and surrounding stores and restaurants and stores. Nice building and rooms with 2 king beds. Perfect facilities.

Disgusting staff!

Location next to Knotts Berry Farm, shopping and restaurants, and Close to theme parks. Attentive, excellent staff with smiling face. A great selection of goodies for breakfast;))

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Convenient location - adjacent to other attractions, Close enough to the interstate to make a good base, and restaurants-supermarkets- shopping-excellent off street parking-great Wi-Fi -good sized rooms.

Had great room with a king bed, and I couldn't ask for more. The rate was me$ 95. The staff were amazing and awesome and the location was excellent in the excellent area. Moreover, it's near all tourist things, most attractions, and restaurants and liquor store.

This hotel had a central position in sunny California. Also, it was 15 minutes drive to a theme park in buena park.

Good and peaceful location for visiting Buena Park, it's near to Close enough to the interstate to make a good base, Disneyland, restaurants and liquor store and Buena Park.

Nice and simple hotel, highly professional staff, loved magnificent location right by other attractions and Knotts Berry Farm, shopping and restaurants and liquor store. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Surestay Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was convenient, with popular attractions like Disneyland and Universal Studios within a short drive. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The price was also great, offering good value for our money. we would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay with easy access to tourist attractions.

We liked the free breakfast, it was continental but since we are used to coffee, toast, juice, fruit and granola bars, it was good enough. The room was very comfortable. The beds were excellent. The room was always clean. We brought our shampoo, conditioner and soap because we are a big family and we are used to our own brands, but the samples were ok. It was close to Disney, knotts, the downtown area, etc. It was very quiet. We only heard the trash truck coming for the garbbage once and they were fast and quiet. It wasn't noisy at all. Sometimes the people that were coming to their room or leaving somewhere were a little bit noisy, but not a lot and not for long time. We liked the hotel a lot. Also the manager speaks very good English and his Spanish is great!

The room was expacious and clean, not tipycal bad smell that usually can get in many Hotels

Got the same family room booked online with comfy beds and new clean carpet and a phone. And the facilities were great.

The hotel was nice and excellent, our room was updated, appreciated it. The service was friendly and the location was marvellous and comfy. Plus, it was just next door to Disneyland, restaurants and liquor store and many restaurants and freeways.

The rooms were fine, beautiful, came with a mini fridge, a King bed, hair in the bed. Booked it for US$ 95.

We enjoyed rooms with a bed. It was reasonably large, and employees where delightfully helpful and professional.
